How the Enemy Uses Broken Vows & Promises Against God’s Children. Vicki Goforth Parnell 11-8-25
Many children of God are fighting battles you cannot explain. You pray, you fast, you study, read the Word of God but the attacks keep coming and seem to refuse to leave. Why or how does the enemy still have access to your life? Many times it’s not what you have actually done but what you have spoken.
Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
**What has come out of your own mouth very well can be the access point that grants the kingdom of darkness legal access into your life. Your words hold power. Every time you say, I promise, I will, I vow, I swear, or I give you my word, heaven records it and hell takes note of it. In the Kingdom of God promises, agreements, covenants, vows and such like are not casual words, but in reality are spiritual transactions, but Lord willing I will focus more on broken promises and unkept vows.
Deuteronomy 23:21-23
21 When thou shalt vow a vow unto the Lord thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the Lord thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
22 But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.
23 That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the Lord thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.
***Sometimes the enemy’s strongest weapon is your own unkept word. The enemy is crafty, cunning and patient and therefore many times will wait for access into your life that you unknowingly caused yourself. Human agents, witches and demonic forces do not need to invent new doors into your life if you have broken promises or unkept words. They wait for you to create the door yourself through a broken promise, an unkept vow. They know that if they can trap you into inconsistency, dishonesty, or betrayal, they do not need to force entry, because they will have legally opened the gate for them and granted them access into your life. Those sent to infiltrate your life and outside of it will watch and listen. They’ll try to push you into making promises you cannot keep. They set up circumstances where you speak prematurely or agree without thinking. In the moment you fail to fulfill that commitment, they can legally stand in the courtroom of Heaven and declare, “This one is guilty of falsehood, this one cannot be protected, because by their sinful actions of dishonesty, they belong to us now.”
Father God’s Kingdom operates on truth, for He is truth, while the kingdom of darkness thrives on lies. The moment you break your word, you shift your spiritual alignment with God’s kingdom of light to the kingdom of darkness. You may not realize it, but the spiritual realm takes it very seriously. That is why generations remain bound by witchcraft after fathers and mothers broke vows, promises, and covenants. A careless yes or a forgotten promise can open a legal portal for demonic traffic that affects your children and their children. Broken promises and an unkept word are not small mistakes. They are legal doors in the spirit realm that flows over into the physical one. If you don’t repent and close them, then witches, demons and such like will be able to continue to use them as highways to curse, monitor, and manipulate you, your family and all that concerns you. To understand why and how broken promises and unkept vows are such dangerous open doors, we must understand the principles and legalities of the Kingdom of Heaven. Everything in the Kingdom of God is built on law, principle, and order. Father God is not random. He does not govern the universe with chaos or inconsistency, but rules through decrees, covenants, and unshakable truth.
Isaiah 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
***Father God’s Throne is established on righteousness, justice and judgment.
Psalms 89:14 Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face
Psalms 9:8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
***The same God who spoke creation into existence by His word is the same God who holds men and the inhabitants of this world accountable for the words they speak. This is the foundation of covenant, vow, and promise. Words are not just vibrations in the air that’s released when we speak, but are contracts in the unseen realm, the spirit realm. When you say something, you are not merely communicating. Your mouth is not just for conversation, but for creation. Promises are not private agreements between two people. They are public testimonies before the Courts of Heaven.
Ecclesiastes 5:2 Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.
Ecclesiastes 5:4-6
4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay. 6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?
These verses show us something critical. Promises are not private agreements between two people. They are public testimonies before Heaven’s Courts. We can look at it like this for example. The spiritual realm operates as a legal system set up by Father God upon Creation. Holy Angels, Fallen angels and all their kingdom alike operate under laws and permissions. God himself honors His word because if He ever lied or broke His promise, the entire creation would collapse. His integrity and righteousness is the glue that holds the universe together. If a man or woman, if you as His image bearer, (Man was created in the image of God Genesis 1:26-27) give your word, your promises or make a vow, then you are participating in that same spiritual order. But when you break your word, you disrupt it and disruption does not stay empty. It creates a void, a vacuum, a gap, a breach. A spiritual opening that becomes a legal access point or invitation to be filled. It’s not neutral. It will be filled with either light or darkness. This is why
witches, sorcerers, human agents and such like of the enemy pay such close attention to promises. They understand something many believers overlook. A promise is a miniature covenant. It is a seed of covenant. When you tell someone, I will, you bind yourself spiritually and both heaven and hell bear witness.
Examples of vows binding the soul to someone.
Numbers 30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
Numbers 30:10-11
10 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
11 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
The enemy is an accuser. (Revelation 12:10) His nature is to search for legal grounds. He cannot simply invade your life without cause, but he can accuse you when there is evidence against you. Broken promises and unkept vows are powerful evidence because they show a contradiction between what you have spoken…declared and what you performed. That contradiction is spiritual perjury with your words bearing false witness in your life. Just as in a physical courtroom, perjury disqualifies your testimony. In the Courts of Heaven, which operates only in truth, a broken promise weakens your authority, because you have aligned yourself with the kingdom of darkness. Every vow, every promise, even the smallest one carries spiritual weight.
You might tell a child you will show up and you don’t or borrow something from a friend you vow you will pay them back and you don't. This is a spiritual contradiction of walking in the truth of Jesus Christ. Many times a person will pray and vow to change, but you return to the same cycle. These are not forgotten moments. They are recorded breaches. Each one is a fracture in your hedge of protection.
Ecclesiastes 10:8 He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.
What is a hedge of protection?
● Physical barrier: In ancient times, a hedge was a defensive wall or fence, typically made of dense, thorny bushes, to protect vineyards, livestock, and homes.
● Restraint: The word can also refer to any kind of fence or wall, such as a stone wall, and implies a restriction or enclosure.
A hedge of protection is also symbolic in the Word of God of Father God’s protection He surrounds His children with. (Job 1:9-10)
Your spiritual hedge in part, is from your integrity. It is the wall built by truthfulness and faithfulness you walk in through Jesus Christ. Every broken promise weakens the wall and every weakened wall creates an opening. That opening is where witchcraft slithers in. This is why the kingdom of God puts such emphasis on faithfulness. Faithfulness and obedience are not optional.
It is the currency of spiritual authority. If you cannot be trusted with your own words, how can you be trusted with divine assignments? If your yes and no have no weight, then your prayers and decrees lose weight too. That is why some people pray but see no results, because the spirit world does not respect inconsistent voices. Authority flows from alignment with the kingdom of God by living a life that’s obedient and pleasing to Him, and this alignment requires integrity.
The enemy thrives on inconsistency. Their power is deception and their legal ground is dishonesty. When they look at a believer who constantly makes empty promises, they see a feast. They do not even need to cast spells. The broken word itself becomes the spell, because once you lie or fail to honor your vow, you are already in partnership with the spirit of falsehood and witchcraft is rooted in falsehood, in manipulation, in deception. It does not need to pull you into its circle if you are already walking in its nature. Promises and vows are not light things.
The Holy Bible gives strong warnings about our speaking lightly.
Matthew 12:36-37
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Idle words are not simply jokes or casual talk, but are words spoken without weight or responsibility. Every time you say, I will, but you do not mean it or you cannot fulfill it, you are creating idle words that still have legal weight against you in the spirit realm. The enemy is then able to pick up those idle words as accusations against you. He uses them as proof or receipts to present to Father God in the Courts of Heaven. He might say something like this: “This one lied, this one deceived, this one cannot be covered by truth because they themselves broke it.”
Even worse, broken promises can carry generational consequences. When fathers break promises to children, when leaders break promises to followers, when families break covenants to each other, those breaches linger in the bloodline. Witches then build on that breach, using it as a foundation for generational curses.That is why some families seem locked under cycles of mistrust, betrayal, and dishonor because the original breaches were never repaired and the legal doors were never shut. In the kingdom of God, promises are sacred. They are not just words you speak lightly. They are agreements written into your spiritual record. To break them is to weaken your covering, to empower your accuser, and to invite witchcraft into the very areas you failed to guard.
Broken promises and vows open legal doors to witchcraft and demonic attack. The enemy's strategy is never random. It is always calculated. Witches, sorcerers, and demonic spirits study laws, they study principles, and they look for violations. When they find a violation, they immediately present it against you in Heaven’s Courts as legal evidence to gain access. Broken promises are potent words for the enemy to grab hold of in the spirit realm. Remember, when you make a promise, you are binding yourself spiritually. You are giving your word, and your word is tied to your very identity. In Hebrew culture, to break an oath was seen as breaking your very honor. It was a form of dishonor, not just to people, but to God himself. Why? Because God is the witness of every word spoken. When you break a promise, you are essentially creating that breach between your words and your actions which is not empty. It becomes a legal access point for spirits of deception. The spirit of witchcraft, in particular, is empowered by such breaches because witchcraft thrives on manipulation and dishonesty. Every time you speak without follow-through, you are sowing word seeds of manipulation, even if unintentionally. Those seeds invite an evil harvest of confusion, mistrust, and spiritual bondage.
Witches, human agents are not passive. They deliberately engineer situations to provoke broken promises. Have you ever noticed how some people pressure you into saying yes? They flatter you, they rush you, they guilt trip you until you agree to something you know you cannot fulfill. This is not mere human behavior, but a trick of manipulation and deception because the enemy knows if he can make you speak out of pressure, then your inability to fulfill that word becomes his evidence against you. Witches therefore bait believers into over-promising, and when those promises collapse, the witches, the demons, the devil bring accusations such as, “They are guilty, they broke covenant, they cannot be protected.”
Common examples of breaking vows or promises would be a parent who tells their children, “I'll be there,” but never shows up. Or leaders who tell their followers, “I will provide,” but never come through. Another example is the person who tells God, “If you bless me, I will serve You,” but once blessed, they disappear. Each of these situations is not just human failure but is really spiritual negligence. And spiritual negligence always becomes spiritual evidence. The enemy thrives on negligence on their part so that the enemy can build cases around it. This is why the kingdom of God emphasizes integrity. Integrity is not perfection. It is doing what’s right when no one is looking, because God is always watching. It’s an alignment between word and action. When your yes means yes and your no means no, you become untouchable in the spirit realm and God can then depend on you more and more. Lu lu…lucifer…the demons may accuse you, but they will find no evidence. Witches may target you, but they cannot hold you. Why? Because consistency in word and action closes doors of access and this is by living a life according to the Word of God with Jesus Christ’s help. But the moment there is inconsistency, the moment you speak idle words of broken promises and vows, the door cracks open. Even a pin hole crack is enough for witchcraft to slip through.
Broken promises should not be casually dismissed as human mistakes. True repentance of the heart needs to occur and then a change in your pattern. In the spiritual realm, these things carry weight. They become accusations. They become contracts that bind you to the very forces you are trying to fight. Many of the witchcraft attacks people face are not external curses thrown against them. They are consequences of broken integrity, broken promises exploited by demonic forces. So what must you do? You must become discerning. You must recognize the traps. You must see when the enemy is pushing you to speak out of pressure, flattery, or emotion. You must resist because once a promise leaves your mouth, it is not easily erased. It is recorded and binding and if broken, it will be used against you.
James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
How do we walk in wisdom so that no witch, no curse, and no demonic spirit can exploit the words of our mouths? Jesus Christ does not leave us vulnerable but in every temptation…every trial He has made an escape.
1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
One of the greatest traps the enemy sets for the children of God is haste. When you are under pressure, you are most likely to commit to something you cannot fulfill. The enemy will rush you with emotions, deadlines, or manipulation so you will speak too quickly. That is why we are warned in the Word of God not to be rash with our mouths. A promise is a covenant and covenants should never be made in haste. Take time before you say yes. Pause before you make a vow. Seek wisdom before you commit. Sometimes the greatest protection is not a powerful prayer, but a careful silence. This principle sounds simple, but it is one of the most powerful shields against witchcraft. Witches, demons and human agents thrive in confusion and double-mindedness. If you say yes but mean no, you are sowing confusion, and confusion invites manipulation. Integrity of speech builds spiritual authority. If you cannot do something, say no without fear. If you commit to something, honor it.
The more consistent your speech, the fewer legal breaches the enemy can exploit. Many promises are made not because people intend to fulfill them, but because they want to please someone in the moment. Flattery is dangerous because it deceives both the speaker and the listener. Witches often use charm and flattery themselves, and when they see you operating in the same spirit, they gain access. One should never say, “I'll do something,” just to avoid offending someone. You should never declare, I'll be there when you know you won't. Truth may sting in the moment, but deception of flattery will enslave you later. Remember, false promises are not just social mistakes, they are spiritual snares.
The good news is that we serve a God who forever extends His mercy to His children but mercy is not automatic. It must be sought sincerely through true repentance. When you recognize a broken promise, do not brush it off. Bring it before Father God and confess it openly to Him in Jesus Christ’s Name. Ask Jesus Christ to cleanse you with His precious Blood and restore His holy hedge of protection around you once again. When mercy is given it will close the breaches that negligence created and also rebuild your spiritual credibility. Without mercy, you remain open to accusation. With mercy, you silence the accuser and reclaim your covering. Each of us need to keep even the smallest commitments because faithfulness in small things builds protection in big things. If you promise to call, call. If you commit to arrive, arrive. Every time you honor your word, you reinforce your hedge of protection.
Demons hate integrity because it gives them no handle, no entry point. Integrity is spiritual armor. Without it, your prayers lose authority. One of the greatest weapons we have against the enemy in every attack is our discernment. Discernment is knowing what’s right from that which is almost right. With discernment you can determine when you are being baited, because not every request is innocent. Some people knowingly or unknowingly are being used as instruments of witchcraft to push you into premature promises. They may pressure you emotionally, guilt you into agreeing, or flatter you until you commit. Guard your heart. Ask Jesus Christ for discernment. If you feel rushed, pause. If you feel manipulated, step back. You are not obligated to promise anything that compromises your peace or your capacity. Remember, your word is a weapon. Do not hand it over carelessly. Remember the kingdom of God is a kingdom of truth to which you now belong if you call Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior because now you are an heir of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ.

To Decree & Declare Really Means What 6-5-25 @5:44 PM Shared 6-6-25
Hi, this is Vicki Goforth Parnell. I have come to speak to you today about, ‘To decree and declare really means what.’ This is actually a conversation I had with our lovely Jesus Christ.
Again, I had mentioned it on the prior video that I released earlier that someone had a concern and I appreciate that, but they were concerned as it set off a red flag when I said I decree and declare. This is referring to a dream I released, ‘Man's mind is not meant for that dream.’ That was on 6-1-25, but it was shared on 6-4-25. Before that, the Lord had me pray a specific prayer and in it, I did say, I decree and I declare. For me, I already had an understanding of what decree and declare meant. If it's in the Word of God, probably God will back it up. But they brought to my attention about it being misused, and it is. Just because they say this, I can't take that at face value. I did seek the Lord Jesus Christ. Lord, what are they talking about? And because they said, ‘The Lord has even said this,” well, no offense meant or anything, that's not good enough. I have to try to test and discern it and that's what I did. He said, ‘Yes, there's some doctrines of devils going around concerning it, but there's a reason why that's been going around.” So, we're going to pray and then going to read you and discuss with you, Lord willing, what He's been showing me about this because He's been showing me and talking to me about taking my authority in the Kingdom of God, in the Kingdom of Heaven, through the power of Jesus Christ's Name. There's more to it than what we do and those words seem to carry a stigma that's undeserved. I pray that after we're done, this will clear it up in Jesus Christ's Name and that arrows of truth would go forth.
So I just flat out asked the Lord Jesus Christ after praying and Father God, and this is what was given. If you have discernment, which I pray that you try to discern this, there's so many ways that the Lord has given us to be victorious. Part of that is discernment through the Name of Jesus Christ, the Word, discernment, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit operating in us and so much more. “Daddy, God, how am I supposed to address Your children about declaring and decreeing? That's what it's called for short, declaring and decreeing. This is making statements and declarations. That's all it is. It's making statements and declarations. Now, a decree, decrees, official orders or decisions that are issued or spoken by someone in authority. We have the authority given to us by our new birth in Jesus Christ and through His Name. This is the authority of the Kingdom of God of Light.
Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Matthew 18:18 And whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Therefore, assuring us we have all authority through Jesus Christ.
Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Okay, we've been given the keys to the kingdom of heaven. All control, all power, all authority as with Jesus Christ. Let me read this before we go into it to give you an understanding that it's all based on Scripture and that's what it has to be based on… theWord of God. That's also where we have our authority of whatsoever we bind on earth to be bound in heaven.
Colossians 1:13-14
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
This shows us that we are translated. We're into a different kingdom now, the Kingdom of Light.
It's not about declaring to get things from Heaven, that's not coming. It's making a statement of faith, using a decree, in our power and authority given in the authority of Jesus Christ.
How do I do this? So my understanding from talking to a few other people, a lot of this is declaring and decreeing is used with prosperity doctrine. I decree you give a thousand dollars and I decree you'll get a hundred fold back… I ain't into money. I think that's garbage. You're twisting the Word of God. When you do something and you're paid back by God, it may not necessarily be money. It may be blessings, it may be food, it may be Salvation for your child. This needed to be addressed. Here we go. That was my talking to the Lord.
“As I told you, daughter, a declaration is just an announcement. That’s all it is. A declaration is just an announcement, but a decree is something you speak in authority in MyName. Like when you cast out a demon, you are decreeing he has to go. In the Name of Jesus Christ, get out! Or I cast you out in the Name of Jesus Christ. That is a holy decree and order of authority. When you are binding demons and you're casting them into the abyss, this is a royal decree because you're doing it in the authority of My Name and I am the Son of God. We are of the Kingdom, My Father's Kingdom of Love, of Light.”
I just showed you where we were translated, meaning transferred to His kingdom.
This is not you saying, ‘I decree you shall have blessings and money will find you.’ No daughter, it's more than that. It's using the authority of Jesus Christ, My Name as given to Me by My Father to cause you to be overcomers. It's not a wish list guarantee. It is a casting out demons, raising the sick, raising the dead, making a declaration that you will no longer be a puppet to the kingdom of darkness, kind of decree, kind of authority. The kingdom of darkness has tried to stifle My children from making bold statements. That's what a declaration is. A bold statement of faith. It's an announcement and a bold statement of faith and because they have tainted, I decree and I declare, My children shrink back from it because they do not want to be deceived. That's wisdom, but that's also fear. Instead of seeking it out to find out what it means, they hide in the shadows.
They're afraid to speak it, afraid that they will get into error. Was it not bold statements that Peter made when he told the lame man to rise up and walk? Then he reached out and grabbed his hand when he said, ‘Rise up and walk in the Name of Jesus Christ. Through Me, through Me, daughter, through Me, through Me, bold statements. They're trying to silence the bold statements of faith. That's a declaration, bold statements of faith that are backed up by My Word.
That's what a declaration is in the Word of God, in the authority in Me, not bold statements of, ‘I'm going to get a million dollars,’ not bold statements, ‘Blessings are coming. I'm going to get more money,’ and that's where most people want to put it with the prosperity doctrine. And daughter, that's not what it means. This is why I had you say this in the prayer. So it could be brought to the attention of My children. When you made the declaration to the kingdom of darkness that I fought for you, that they messed with the wrong person. That was a bold declaration. When you declared even on the videos, ‘Kingdom of darkness, you have met your match because Jesus Christ fights for me.’ That is a bold declaration. Then when you say, ‘I will not be done this way anymore,’ that is a righteous declaration and decree. When you speak in faith in My Name, that's what it's all about, daughter, That's what it's all about.
Decreeing and declaring the reason this has been twisted is so My children will set back timid to step out in faith. My disciples and apostles were not timid. They were bold in their faith. They were bold in their declarations. They were bold in their decrees. Just like Paul, when he turned around and he cast the spirit of divination out of the woman that was giving futures…futures, and fortunes. My authority daughter allows you to make holy decrees. What are holy decrees? What are decrees? (Now He's asking me that.) They're orders and commands given in authority. Exactly daughter. So the kingdom of darkness is trying to stifle My children, rising up and using their authority of My Name, in My Name, through My Name to make bold declarations, to make decrees.
For example, daughter, ‘I decree in Jesus Christ's Name, no weapon formed against me shall prosper because of Jesus Christ.’ A bold declaration. It's a decree, also a declaration decree.
You're decreeing, you're making a royal command that you're putting your faith behind the power of My Word. Declaring is simply making an announcement. As I showed you daughter, making something known. Even those that abuse it do not even understand the meaning of these words.
So daughter, you have not done wrong. My people are just dis-informed and misled. This is in My Word. Does it not even say that Gabriel brought messages? Yes. This is my response. So that's what a declaration of what you're going to do? Yes, daughter.
The annunciation was made to Mary. It was, ‘She was going to have a child.’ This was a holy declaration, but it was also a decree because it was established in Heaven by the Courts of Heaven, by My authority, by My Father's authority, for We are One. When you step out in My Name in faith and you start praying My Word and speaking My Word over you, it is a declaration done in My Name. When you start giving commands and authority like, ‘Satan, you will not touch my family in Jesus Christ's Name,’ you have made a holy command, a decree and a declaration.
This is what My children don't understand, daughter. This is what they don't understand and you're going to share it with them. “With your help, Lord Jesus.” And He said, “Yes, with My help.

And in these verses you will see where Peter in the verse of two says, ‘Silver and gold have I given to thee in theName of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.’ That's what he said. A bold statement and a declaration, decreeing you're going to walk, declaring, “In Jesus Christ's Name, you're going to walk,’and then even stretch out his hand in faith. The man rose up and walked. Now, the reason I say decree, it's in Job 22:28. I stick to what the Word says. But we even see where Jesus made declarations when He said, ‘Peace be still to the storm.’ He gave a command. He gave an intention. He made it known. ‘You're going to be quiet.’ He decreed it and He declared it and it happened. This is not those that would use it in the wrong way.I went to the Lord Jesus Christ when I was asking for it and He sent me to Job 22:28. Thou shalt also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
The light….Jesus Christ is the light. You decree it. When you give the decree, that's just again another, an order or a decision made in Heaven….when you make a decree, we do that in the authority of Jesus Christ, representing the Kingdom ofLight. When your life lines up with Jesus Christ, it's going to happen because your will line up with His too. When you're to the point where you're casting out demons, when you're to the point where your prayers are being answered, then you also know that what you're praying is not going to be in vain repetitions. You're going to be praying more as the Spirit leads, the Holy Spirit, our sweet dear friend, Holy Ghost Spirit. So in all these things, if it bothers you or you don't want it to be associated with something that's good, but trying to be twisted into bad, you can say, ‘I make an announcement.’ You know, ‘I make an announcement to the world.’ ‘I make the announcement,’ but you know, declaring is just simply making an announcement. I do recommend when you start praying and do these things, speak it out loud because death and life is in the power of the tongue. When you speak it out loud, it goes into all existence. In all this firmament, it goes up to God. Therefore death and life is in the power of the tongue. I speak and pray the Word over myself and my family, this ministry and brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ all the time and I see a difference when I do.
In His Name, in Jesus Christ's Name, again, it’s a decree, an official order. Why is it official? We are representatives of the Kingdom of God. We're kings and priests. That's what Revelation says. It says, I think in Peter also, we're kings and priests through Jesus Christ and our new birth. There's neither male or female. So what does that mean? Well, we're royalty. It even says we're royalty because we have the authority of Jesus Christ. We operate officially in His power and Name. Decrees are official orders or decisions that are issued or spoken by someone in authority. If you've accepted Jesus Christ into your heart and call Him your Lord and Savior, your Lord. Guess what? You are now a person in authority in the Kingdom of God. To declare, to make known something, to make something known, to announce something, an announcement, doesn't have to be shouted out. It doesn't have to be. So when you say, ‘I declare and I decree,’ you're saying, ‘I'm making an official order or decision.’
‘So I declare and decree Satan, you will never touch my children again.’ I am giving an official decision and making this known to the kingdom of darkness. I'm standing on the Word of God for this in Jesus Christ's Name. Then don't waver no matter what it looks like. Don't waver because things may look like the enemy’s still having his way. No, God has to work around the pieces.
God has to work around pieces. People have their own choice. They have free choice to accept Him or not. If you're a child of God and you can say, ‘Jesus Christ is your Lord,’ there are promises to your seed. Lord knows who's savable and who's not. He knows who He created and who's not for him or who's fallen angel. He knows. If you have been given a promise, hold up the Word of God.
The Holy Spirit led me on how to say this. I know there are many times bloodlines get intermixed. So that's why when I start praying, ‘Lord, those that are savable, save them. Lord, you have given promises to your children's seed, seed. I understand when we become a new creation, no matter what's in our bloodline, no matter what, we become a new creation, new blood, new everything through Jesus Christ. That means those promises fall down to our children, those that are truly our children. Take that to Jesus Christ in prayer. When I was praying, for example, for my son to be saved, much travailing in that. I was praying and I would tell the Lord, this is what your Word says. I would bring up…(the Lord being the Lord Jesus Christ,) Father God…. I would bring up Scripture. I have no problem saying, ‘Daddy God, this is what Your Word says. There's even times I'll say, ‘What are You going to do about it? This is what Your Word says and go repeatedly to Him until the burden is lifted.
I got a vision. He gave me a vision of my son preaching in the field and people coming running. I never let go of that. I started then thanking Him. ‘I thank you for saving my son,’ no matter how hard it looked, no matter how, you know, on the outside, the appearance looks like. ‘Whoa, what just happened? You know, he looks like he's getting worse. I held on and I held on to the Word of God that cannot fail. I held on because God would not be giving me a vision of him being saved and doing that unless he was savable. Then he's come to Lord and he's a firehouse. So, stand on the promises of God. I made a declaration like that, then stood on it. ‘You will not have my son. You will not have my grandkids. They are my children's seed. They're my seed of promise. My seed and seed, seed, my children and their children are promised. Then again, those that are savable and then him being saved now has that promise. That's how the bloodline can be preserved. But you got to pray about that for more understanding. I'm not going into that any deeper. There's a lot in there because I am aware of the activities of the kingdom of darkness.
With all that being said, you can make a declaration and you can make a decree. The kingdom of darkness has twisted it and from my understanding, I didn't go into it a whole lot because the Lord said it had to do with prosperity where they would use, ‘I decree and declare’….now, this is just an example. I do not do this in Jesus Christ's Name for real. … ‘I decree and declare,’ again, I'm going to use, ‘if you will pay your tithes or you will send $20 a week to John Joe's ministry, you will receive $20,000. You receive blessings you cannot contain.’ That's a misuse of it. That's a misuse. That's manipulation to try to get people to donate. Do I believe in paying your tithes? I do. But you pay them to where they need to go. Don't let anybody manipulate you and they're to be used to further the Kingdom of God. That's my belief. Not them going to all that. That's a different thing. Search it out. Seek it out. I know there's some people that say you can't even pay your tithes. You can't know what 10% is. But you know what? I just simply ask Father God, what's 10% I need to pay? I just went to Him and then I give it, because I want to be a joyful giver.
I want to bless people with what I've been given, no matter how small, how big, whatever…and not just that way. I want to be able to be a blessing. I give food when I can. I give clothing.
I speak, try to be encouraging or admonish if I need to, correct, in Godly love.
So decreeing and declaring, as we call it, to decree and declare really means making bold statements of faith backed up by the Word of God in the power and authority of Jesus Christ's Name. Take it to Jesus Christ in prayer. Try, test, and discern it. If it's not clear enough, Lord will have me come back and do more. That should be enough to give you an understanding. So if you hear me saying I decree something, Job 22:28. I do that in the authority of Jesus Christ as an official authority.Adecision that I've made or an order given, like casting out a demon or through my authority through Jesus Christ. If I make a declaration, I'm simply making an announcement or letting something be known. Just like again, we have Jesus Christ as our example. We have Paul. We have all the Word of God.
These examples are throughout the whole Word of God. ‘Decree’ is in the Word of God itself. Declarations are made throughout it. What about when Thomas when Jesus Christ appeared to the disciples, when they were in the locked room after Jesus Christ had been crucified, but rose again. Thomas was not with them, the other 10, because Judas was already hung himself. So, there were 10 disciples in the room the first time Jesus Christ appeared, but the second time Thomas was in there and he said he would not believe unless he could touch the nail prints, the scars in his side and his hands. Jesus reappeared and what did Thomas say? He made a declaration, ‘My Lord and my God,’ a declaration. He made something known. He made an announcement. ‘You are my Lord. You are my God.
There are many ways to make a declaration. It's simply to make something known or an announcement. So, children of God, don't let that hinder you from making bold statements of faith and standing on them. Speak them out loud. You know, when you hear yourself certainly making these declarations, ‘Lucifer, you will not take my home in Jesus Christ's Name.’ Like if you're struggling to keep your home financially, ‘I'm standing on the promises of God. I've asked Jesus Christ to help me.’ There's nothing wrong with doing that. It's just those that misuse it and mislead people. Stay under the Blood of Jesus Christ always. Know that surely, He is coming. I love you all in Jesus Christ. I pray for my brothers and sisters continually, and that's something we all need to do and those to come. Don't just pray for your four and no more, your family. Pray for all and especially pray for those that, you know, curse you and spitefully use you. Pray for those that are in the kingdom of darkness that's savable to be saved in Jesus Christ's Name. God bless.

Jesus Christ Has All Power Over the Earth and Heaven 4-28-26

FOR THE GLORY OF FATHER GOD & JESUS CHRIST!
We read in the Holy Word of God in the book of John that one of the descriptions given to the devil is the prince of this world in the KJV translations. In others it calls him the ruler of this world.
John 14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
What is this verse saying? Jesus Christ is speaking and identifies the devil, lucifer at this time is the prince or ruler, the one who has authority over the world but…..’Hath nothing in me,’ spoken by Jesus Christ really means, ‘has no power or authority over me.’
The important fact that most tend to overlook is this description was given to the devil BEFORE Jesus Christ was crucified and rose from the dead in great power by which He defeated the whole kingdom of darkness. He became the One in 100% control. The ruler over all as Colossians 2:15 tells us.
Colossians 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Now next look at another verse wherein the devil was given a title of power that is greatly misunderstood at times. This is found in Ephesians 2:2 in a letter from Paul to the Ephesians. This was after Jesus Christ had risen from the dead and conquered the kingdom of darkness.
Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
First point; Paul is reminding the Ephesians that they once walked like the world…in sin according to the prince of the power of the air. Let’s examine ‘the prince of the power of the air,’ closer. Again prince refers to the ruler or one who has authority. So the prince is the ruler ….of what? The power of the air. What is that power found in the air?
Air is Strong’s G109 aēr
Strong’s definition: (to breathe unconsciously, i.e. respire; by analogy, to blow); "air" (as naturally circumambient):—air. So the air that surrounds us.
(***Note: circumambient means around, to surround.)
Thayer Greek Lexicon says this: the air (particularly the lower and denser, as distinguished from the higher and rarer. In Ephesians 2:2 signifies 'the ruler of the powers (spirits, see ἐξουσία 4 c. ββ.) in the air,' i. e. the devil, the prince of the demons that according to Jewish opinion fill the realm of air.
My understanding through this information and studying the Word of God with prayer is that the power of the air in this verse refers to the demon and evil spirits that operate inside it. Lucifer rules over them. He is the ruling power, the authority over the evil spirits in the air. Demons in particular and demons are only one of the powers that travel through the air. There are also the fallen angels and people that astral travel with their spirit through the air. Ephesian 6:12 in the list of spiritual things that’s listed we fight tells us there are powers…more than one type of the enemy.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
So again this doesn’t mean he is the ruling power over the atmosphere, the air itself, but the evil spirits from his kingdom that travel through the air, the atmosphere. Jesus Christ has all power. There’s nothing He is not King over including the air. So you lose again lu lu.
1 Peter 3:22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
Since lu lu, lucifer was defeated he no longer holds this position as prince or ruler over the world, nor does he rule the air. It’s trickery and deception through misunderstanding and not studying the Word of God as we are instructed to do in 2 Timothy 2:15 that makes people believe he still has this kind of power, when it’s clear in the Word of God, he doesn’t! Jesus Christ rules it all. Everything in Heaven and Earth when, by conquering the whole kingdom of darkness alone by His death and resurrection. All this was done for His beloved children and those to come. Lu lu’s kingdom is conquered and defeated with all power given to Jesus Christ as Matthew 28:10 tells us when Jesus Christ Himself tells the disciples and for us the future generation of believers who read and follow His holy commands.
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
In addition when Jesus Christ called lu lu the devil the “prince of the world” in John 14:30, He had already made it publicly known that His hour had come. The hour in which He had come to the earth for…His death & resurrection to redeem the world with the end result of the prince of the world being cast out. Cast out of what? Not out of the air, the demon activity is still occurring and is now more evident than before. Not out of the earth because he’s still trying to kill, still and destroy the children of God like the thief and liar he is. (John 8:44; 10:10) He was cast out of his position as ruler…as the prince…the one who had ruling authority in the world, which rightfully belongs and does belong to our Lord Jesus Christ’s
John 12:27-31
27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.
28 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.
29 The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him.
30 Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.
31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.

What powers is Jesus Christ over? All. Here are a few verses the Holy Word of God about the enemy. Remember we have this same power also over the enemy through Jesus Christ living in us for those who can call Him our Lord without deception. Luke 10:19
